More About Me
I am a licensed, trauma informed, queer therapist. As your therapist, I hope we can cultivate a supportive environment where we can share, grow, laugh, and cry together. I’ll honor your strength to embrace all of your emotions and provide a safe foundation for you to grow. I’ll be in your corner, honoring your body's capacity to feel, while guiding your nervous system toward healing.

I see the therapeutic relationship as a unique and meaningful connection built with care and intention. I’m honored to be with you on your path.

My Approach to Trauma Therapy
Using evidence-based methods that target the root of the problem, I’ll guide you toward long-term healing, not quick fixes.
We’ll address trauma’s imprint on your body and mind by treating your core wounds, focusing on more than your symptoms.
While you connect with the painful past, I’ll help your body stay grounded through breath and the feeling you're not alone.
By providing warmth toward you and your past, we'll melt the shame caused by trauma.
